Visiting Scholars

Spring 2022

KENNESAW, Ga. (Feb 24, 2022) — This semester we are hosting the research stays of Rocío González Suárez and Uxía Fernández Regueira, two visiting scholars from Spain.

Rocío González Suárez, is member of the GIPED Research Group in Educational Psychology at University of Coruña (Spain). She is working on her PhD. dissertation that aims at studying the relationship between self-regulation, motivation and academic achievement in elementary eductaion settings.

Uxía Fernández Regueira, is member of the Stellae Research Group in Educational Technology at University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain). Uxía is working on her PhD. dissertation that studies the relationship between the participation in digital environments and the digital literacy of adolescents from a gender perspective.
